PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale Characters Leaked

Recently there have been some supposed leaks regarding characters and stages in the upcoming fighting game PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale. These rumors  are not confirmed by Sony, and as such should be taken with a grain of salt. These leaks supposedly originally came from the forums of GameFAQS, extracted from the coding of the Beta that has recently been released. Now almost all of the extracted data can be found in this forum on Neogaf.

And here are the leaked characters courtesy of the Neogaf forums:

The characters are, from left to right:

  • Raiden – Metal Gear Solid
  • Dante – Devil May Cry
  • Heihachi – Tekken
  • Jak – Jak and Daxter
  • Ratchet – Ratchet & Clank
  • Sackboy – LittleBigPlanet
  • Spike – Ape Escape
  • Toro – Sony Mascot
  • Sir Daniel Fortesque – MediEvil
  • Nariko – Heavenly Sword
  • Cole – Infamous
  • Evil Cole – Infamous

A few of these characters have already being revealed. Jak, Heihachi, Toro, and Cole were all already released. While it may seem a bit odd that they are including both Cole and his evil incarnate from the Infamous series, it should be noted the playstyles of the two in their games were drastically different. It has also been rumored Evil Cole is, in fact, Nathan Hale from Resistance.

The following images of leaked stages come courtesy of user miladesn, with the names of the stages reported by shagg_187. Hover over the image for the stage name.

The inclusions of the random screen suggest there will be the option to have a stage randomly selected for battle. Almost all of the art in these stages have been shown elsewhere, and remember that Sony has yet to confirm anything, so it is entirely possible for these to be fakes.
