Army of Two fans almost a month to wait until The Devil’s Cartel is released so to ease the pain a little bit EA have announced that on March 12 a new downloadable co-op demo will be available on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
The Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel will put players in the role of private military contractors Alpha and Bravo with the mission to rescue the kidnapped politician. Players will have to battle cartel members and work co-operatively to survive (It wouldn’t be an Army of Two if you were on your own). The game takes place amongst various environments such as rooftops of a high-rise building and meth labs.
The demo will also take on a special-ops kind of play style with one player on the ground facing enemies head on, and another in the air in a helicopter providing cover using a minigun.
The demo will also feature the games Overkill feature which involves huge explosions causing massive chaos and destruction making the game feel more intense!
Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel is set to launch on March 28 with pre-orders of the Overkill Edition being taken now. This particular version of the game brings exclusive masks, outfits, a co-op contract mission, and deadly weapons.
