BlackBerry Q10

BlackBerry Q10

Those of you who are strict BlackBerry QWERTY keyboard fans were probably a little disappointed that the first handset that came with BB10 was a full touch screen device. Well don’t be so glum, there’s good news around the corner in the form of the BlackBerry Q10!

Much like the BlackBerry Bold 9900 the BlackBerry Q10 is a hybrid phone with both a touch screen and a QWERTY keypad. Unlike the Bold 9900’s 2.8″ screen the Q10 comes complete with a 3.1-inch 720×720 pixels screen. Much like the Z10 the Q10 has a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 8-megapixel rear camera, front-facing camera, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of built-in storage as well as the option for a microSD card (up to 32gb).

Carphone Warehouse are currently taking sign-ups on their site for the Q10 which you can find here whereas are currently taking pre-orders for the device with an overall cost of £529.98 for a Sim-Free model with stock expected on the 26th of April.

Who’s excited for this neat little handset to come out? In a way, I am! I’d like to see how BB10 translates onto a smaller screened phone with a keypad.
