Recently a 35 minute clip of Beyond: Two Souls was shown at the Tribeca Film Festival. It’s been said that the clip is about 6% of the entire game. If you missed it, you’re in luck, it’s the video right above.
Talking about statement Quantic Dream boss David Cage said rather confidently that he is sure people will want to finish the game. Due to its story driven natural players are more likely to want to finish it, David explained. This was in relation to the developers last game Heavy Rain, which 75% of players finished.
“Beacause people wanted to see the end, they wanted to know what would happen next all this was very important.” David said.
Beyond: Two Souls is a psychological thriller which stars Ellen Page and Willem Defoe that centers around the questions on what happens after death. Players follow Jodie Holmes through several years of her life and discovers she has paranormal powers thanks to a psychic link to an invisible entity.
Beyond: Two Souls is set for a release later this year exclusively for PlayStation 3 on October 8th.
