Splinter Cell: Blacklist Liquid Natural Gas Plant Demo goes back to stealth roots.Splinter Cell: Blacklist is the latest in the Splinter Cell series which is set to appeal to both fans of fast paced action shooters and the more hardcore Spinter Cell stealth fans.

The video above demo’s one of the missions available in the game that highlights one of the more linear and stealthy missions, something which some fans of the series have been itching to have return to the Splinter Cell franchise.

I managed to get a quick hands-on of the game at Rezzed last month and I must say that this game appeals to both types of gamers. Personally I took the game through it’s paces as a more fast paced runner gunner, but I could also see how the game could be played using tactical stealth skills, something which some gamers feel the franchise has lost in the past few titles.

Splinter Cell: Blacklist is scheduled to hit PC, PlayStation 3, Wii U and Xbox 360 on August 20.
