For those of you that were holding your breath or waiting impatiently for BioShock Infinite DLC can now take a breath with a sigh of relief as 2K Irrational games have not only revealed and released DLC yesterday but announced details of DLC that’s currently in development.
Once again we’ll going back to rapture before it’s ruined in an all new universe featuring Booker and Elizabeth in BioShock Infinite: Burial at Sea. Burial at Sea is a two-part add-on and both will be available at $15 or 1200 Microsoft Points. It’s also included as part of the Season Pass for those two have it.
Not much is said about Burial at Sea but I can tell this is going to be as much as a mind blower as BioShock Infinite’s main campaign.
Co-founder and developer at Irrational games, Ken Levine, had this to say:
“We are really excited to offer our fans the content that they have been asking for, with Clash in the Clouds; people get a pure action experience that takes BioShock Infinite combat to its highest challenge and intensity level. With the Burial at Sea episodes, we are building a Rapture-based narrative experience that is almost entirely built from scratch.”
Let’s just hope to god there aren’t any drawbacks that will make us wait two or more years.
