gameswithgoldBoth Xbox and Major Nelson have confirmed that next months Games with Gold will see Magic 2013 and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Vegas be available to Xbox Live Subscribers absolutely free.

Starting this Sunday, September 1st, you’ll be able to grab Magic: The Gathering – Duels of the Planeswalkers 2013 (or Magic 2013 for short) absolutely free. If you’re yet to experience Magic 2013, this game is an online card game which takes on the same standard rules as the collectable Magic: The Gathering table top card game. If that’s something you’re into, I’ve heard it’s pretty good. As usual, Magic 2013 is available until the 15th of September.

On the 16th of September Xbox Live Gold subscribers will be able to grab Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Vegas absolutely free too! This game features Rainbow operatives take to the chaotic streets of Las Vegas as an escalating terrorist siege in “Sin City” threatens to take world terrorism to new, uncontrollable heights. I’ve often found certain Clancy games a little bit too awkward to get along with, but for free who can argue with that?

When they gave crackdown, I thought that its an old game but now with Rainbox Six Los Vegas they had actually stood to a new low. It’s an 2006 game!!!!

If they really want to compete with playstation plus with these lame offerings, then they are hugely mistaken. Playstation plus is giving assassin’s creed III. I really envy the playstation players and feel terrible about me choosing xbox gold membership.

I am seriously giving thought to switching to PS4 and not upgrading to xbox one.

Games with Gold only lasts until the end of the year too! Sure, they’re free, but I’m not overly impressed with the selection so far..

if Microsoft doesn’t step up their game they might as well stop giving out these games I mean you could buy most of these games for $5 at GameStop
