So it’s almost here, in just over a week Grand Theft Auto V will hit shops and the more trailers I see for the game the more excited I get for its release, and the latest teaser is no different.
The latest trailer highlights that the tongue in cheek parody style which has been common place in Grand Theft Auto titles will continue in GTA V, as the trailer pokes parody style fun at aspects of American lifestyles, reality TV, Power Rangers and energy bars.
The trailer previews some of the in game commercials that players can expect come September 17, which of course sticks to a trend with the series as much of the humour in previous GTA titles came from outlandish and over exaggerated radio commercials.
I am rather pleased to have seen this trailer as thus far the trailers have pointed at a more straight and serious game, so it is good to gain reassurance that GTA V will not forget the appeal that humour has in the GTA series.
Grand Theft Auto V is the fifteenth overall entry into the GTA series and is the first major addition to the franchise since Grand Theft Auto IV, which was released five years ago, which adds somewhat to the anticipation for the Grand Theft Auto V release.
