Sony Have No Plans to Bring the PS Vita TV to the West.

Sony Computer Entertainment CEO Andrew House has told journalists in a roundtable discussion that the Sony PS Vita TV won’t be coming to the US or European markets. House also revealed that the device could “technically” support the streaming of PS3 titles through the same Gaikai cloud-based streaming available to the PlayStation 4.

The PS Vita TV will be able to stream PSP, PSOne, and Vita titles and will eventually have the ability to stream PlayStation 4 titles once both hardware has been released. Unfortunately however this really only applies to China, South Korea, etc, and not European and North American markets.
