Pokémon X/Y fans, head to the Nintendo 3DS eShop right now to grab the latest patch from Nintendo which causes the Lumiose City save bug to faint, stopping the game-ending crash from happening.
Soon after the release of Pokémon X and Y on the Nintendo 3DS, some players started to report that saving in certain parts in Lumiose City caused their game to freeze which couldn’t be undone. Players effected had to start their game from the beginning which wasn’t ideal considering you visit Lumiose City at multiple points through the game.
Nintendo have today launched a patch which aims to fix the bug which is a breath of fresh air for me as I’m about to head to the City right now. You can download the patch by heading to the Nintendo eShop and you should be alerted that an update is available. The update requires 229 blocks on your SD card.
