According to a recent listing on Amazon Italy next generation consoles the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 could be getting an updated version of Square Enix’s Tomb Raider titled Tomb Raider: Definitive Collection. The listing has since been removed but Square Enix has recently all-but confirmed that news would be coming some time next month.
In a recent statement to DualShockers Square Enix said: “It’s so hard to keep a secret these days! We appreciate all of the enthusiasm, however we don’t have any details to share just yet. That said, we highly recommend you keep an eye on any major gaming events happening in early December.”
Early December, or Devember 7 more specifically happens to be when Spike TV’s VGX Awards is being held which is another event where publishers have been known to unveil previously unannounced titles.
According to the leaked listing, Tomb Raider: Definitive Collection is set to contain the main game currently available on PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3 as well as all of the DLC released for the title and a brand new art-book and premium packaging.
Stay tuned next month for when Square Enix spill the beans.
