Halfbrick Studios and BlitWorks have today announced the release of the popular mobile zombie shooting time travelling title, Age of Zombies, on PS Vita bringing with it dual stick shooting action featuring Barry Steakfries, part 80s action hero and part time-travel extraordinaire.
Age of Zombies for PS Vita is the definitive version of the Halfbrick classic, that’s remastered and redefined in its first ever truly dual-stick debut! Barry Steakfries is at it again, this time blasting his way through hordes of zombie ninjas, mummies, cavemen and all manner of historical undead (including the legendary Zombie T-Rex) all in order to stop Professor Brains.
As well as the games first “truly dual-stick” controls, Age of Zombies, will feature the “Wild West” chapter, a bonus chapter that was found on the original game, as well as extra Survival Challenges, a tweaked difficulty mode, global leaderboards, PSN Trophy support and a brand new health bar to monitor Steakfries’ health.
The extremely powerful PS Vita hardware enables players to enjoy the zombie-blasting action with its crisp cartoon art style in silky smooth 60 FPS – Awesome!
Age of Zombies is available to download on PS Vita right now for US$4.99 and 4.99 €.
