One of Xbox One’s main features was the ability to stream gameplay to one of the biggest streaming services Twitch.tv without the need for expencive hardware. Sadly however this feature wasn’t available at launch and still may not be available for some time..
According to Twitch.tv themselves streaming games like Dead Rising 3 and Forza 5 may not happen for months, with no confirmed ETA in sight.
Xbox One Direct Broadcasting: There is no ETA at this time from Microsoft. Expect a few more months. If we know sooner, we’ll update.

With this news it’s no surprise that the PlayStation 4 seems to be the more preferable next generation console with gamers.
The Verge raised a fair point and suggested that the delay could be because Microsoft are yet to work out how to monitor or manage the less P.C. streams considering the Kinect is a staple part of the Xbox One. We don’t want a repeat of The Playroom now, do we?
