Joss Whedon is back in the director’s chair for Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron and Black Widow is getting a “very big role”.
The film is currently shooting in South Africa and, speaking to Total Film, Marvel Studios’ Kevin Feige has said:
“We learn more about her past and learn more about where she came from and how she became in that film. The notion of exploring that even further in her own film would be great, and we have some development work with that”
Currently lined up Marvel films include: Captain America: The Winter Soldier, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, X-Men: Days of Future Past and more.
The Marvel Universe will be changed drastically between Avengers Assemble and Avengers: Age of Ultron, so its unknown as to what setting the Avengers will be battling in.
