Battlefield 4 hasn’t had the smoothest of rides since it release, having struggled with bugs, glitches, and lag issues causing problems on all systems, updates meant to help out have cause more problems causing some players to return to Battlefield 3 rather than suffer. EA DICE have been busy trying to fix the problems but at the same time creating new downloadable content for fans to enjoy.
Naval Strike is the third set of DLC for Battlefield 4 following the China Rising and Second Assault packs. The pack includes 4 new maps, 5 new weapons, 2 new gadgets as well as a new hovercraft to ride around the maps on. Also includes is the new Carrier Assault game mode described as a homage to Battlefield 2142’s Titan Mode. Players will battle it out to destroy the other teams Carrier while attempting to defend their own, a demo of this can be seen in the trailer above.
Battlefield 4 from EA DICE was released on the 29th of October 2013 and is available on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
