Guerrilla Games has revealed two multiplayer DLC maps, but calm down everyone, before you start reaching for your wallets the developers have announced that the first two maps are completely free of charge!
According to the official Playstation blog the maps are inspired from levels and locations of the singleplayer campaign. The first map “Cruiser” is set on a “decommissioned VSA cruiser full of narrow, labyrinthine passages and interconnected compartments”. The second map “Hanger” is located in “one of Helghan’s vast and lofty mining spires”.
As well as the free DLC they have discussed the future of paid DLC for the game that is scheduled to release in April for the low price of $9.99. What this includes are three new weapons, a new difficulty mode, a new online collectibles mode, a personalisation pack, and new challenges and trophies.
If you haven’t played this game yet you can take part in the free multiplayer trial that’s happening right now that doesn’t require a subscription to PlayStation Plus, but be quick because it ends March 11.
