Disney’s Chairman Alan Horn revealed that Star Wars Episode VII is already filming despite not having a full cast. In the video filmed at the LMU film school Mr Horn revealed that although the majority of filming doesn’t start for six weeks, they are currently shooting some of it now.

The script is being written by J.J. Abrams and Lawrence Kasdan and is where it needs to be. When pushed for details on the cast, Mr Horn replied “Patience you must have” while imitating everyone favourite small green Jedi.

Star Wars Episode VII will be released in cinemas on the 18th of December 2015 and is being directed by J.J. Abrams the master mind behind the recent Star Trek reboot, TV sensation LOST and cult hit Fringe. The only confirmed cast member so far is R2D2.  Check back soon for the latest Star Wars News.
