Most know him as Snoop Dogg, other Snoop Lion, older people may still call him Snoop Doggy Dogg but we can all agree we know who he is. Snoop Dogg, a pretty well known rapper the world over is going to be providing his unmistakable voice talent to the hit game Call of Duty: Ghosts.

Set to be released next week, in yet another way to personalise your CoD experience, the hit game will be getting additional voice from R. Lee Emery in the form of “Drill Instructor Voice Pack”. Emery you may remember from the film Full Metal Jacket where he played extremely loud Gunnery Sergeant Hartman. His addition will probably compliment Call of Duty where Snoop’s will probably make it a bit more fun. My vote is with Snoop Dogg though.

The voice over packs will be $2.99 each Activison has said and will be released for Xbox 360 and Xbox One first on Tuesday 22nd April. Other platforms are set to follow shortly after that. As well as the voice over DLC there is going to be a “Soap Legend Pack” for $3.99 which I would imagine will be just like Captain Price’s DLC only for Soap, with Soap themed items, like a bar of Dove instead of grenades. Classic. There will also be the “Blunt Force Personalization Pack” which will have marijuana-themed items. And no before you ask this isn’t getting released on 4/20.

You can expect phrases such as “rack up points by reaching the enemy portal, y’dig?” and “squad member active – a brother from another mother” from The Doggfather and if you didn’t read that in your head like Snoop, this DLC isn’t for you.

Personally I can’t wait for the DLC, and I think I’ll possibly get it too. It’ll be the first personalisation DLC I buy and I can’t think of a better one to start with. Let us know what you think in the comments below!
