In a little under two months, the Electronic Entertainment Expo, or E3 as we all know it, will be in full swing bringing with it huge announcements from the likes of Sony, Microsoft, EA, Ubisoft, Activision, and many more. We’re still not sure what exactly is going to be shown at E3 this year, but we can all guess. There is one definite appearance though, and that’s from The Sims 4.
The news comes straight from the horses mouth as it were as the game’s executive producer Rachel Franklin, confirmed via Twitter; “Hey Simmers. Confirming all the rumors. Yes, The Sims 4 will be at E3.”
EA and Maxis have been very, very quiet about this ‘next-generation’ Sims experience which is set to feature more emotion than ever before making your Sims almost come to life, and feel much more realistic.
“The Sims 4 brings all new ways to play with life; powerful new creative tools, all-new Sims with enhanced emotion and intelligence, and a gaming experience where players control the mind, body and heart of their Sims to bring their stories to life like never before,” reads a press release.
No release date has been set for The Sims 4 but Simmers can pre-order the game now which is currently only listed for PC and Mac. Preordering the game will give you exclusive content in the form of a Limited Edition version of the game, which comes with the Life of the Party Digital Content.
