So Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate is scheduled to be released here in the west in “early 2015” which is pretty vague, but it’s a rough date nonetheless. In the mean time Monster Hunter fans in Japan are gearing up for a shiny new re-release of the game, Monster Hunter 4G, which is set to launch in the Fall this year.

We’re unsure right now whether us here in the west will be getting Monster Hunter 4G the enhanced re-release of Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, or whether we’ll be stuck with the standard edition when “early 2015” rolls around. But never fear, Capcom has released a brand new teaser which shows off some of the games monsters!

Monster Hunter 4 Utimate is set to release in the US and Europe some time early 2015 on the 3DS, Monster Hunter 4G is set to launch in Japan in the Fall of this year. Keep an eye on n3rdabl3 for more Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate news!

they were actually pretty clear during the original localization announcement.
the Western release (MH4U) will be the enhanced MH4G version, so we are skipping the vanilla version just like with Bravely Default.
