It’s nearly time for those on Xbox 360 to finally grab a hold of Titanfall! On April 8 for North America and April 11 for Europe, those who are still contempt with their Xbox 360’s will be able to parkour their way around the map hopping from Titan to Titan in order to become the best pilot on Titanfall!
For those looking for a sneak peek of the game running on the Xbox 360 look no further as Twitch user CityFlex has acquired a copy of the game early and decided to hop on for a game, only to be disconnected after playing a game with a few other players. Developers BluePoint Games have made it clear that the servers won’t be switched on until April 8, so that explains the sudden disconnection. The video quality is also poor because it is compressed so this doesn’t reflect the actual gameplay that you’ll experience when it launches.
BluePoing Games have also revealed that the Xbox 360 version of Titanfall will be a “true” version of the game even though the Xbox 360 can only achieve 30 frames per second instead of 60fps achieved on the Xbox One.
“Titanfall on the Xbox 360 is the true experience: all the maps, modes, pilots, titans, weapons, burn cards, you name it, found in the Xbox One and PC versions,” senior producer Daryl Allison wrote. “The game looks great, sounds great, and above all it plays great. There are of course some technical differences that are due to the technical limitations of the hardware — for example, the game runs above 30fps — but rest assured, the intense 6v6 wall-running, titan dropping action is all there.”
Titanfall is already available on Xbox One and PC and will be launching on Xbox 360 on April 8 for North America and April 11 for Europe. Stay tuned to n3rdabl3 for more Titanfall news soon.
