HBO announced earlier this week that they have ordered series 5 and 6 of the incredibly popular A Game Of Thrones. The fourth season premier of the show gained 6.6 million viewers with an extra 8.2 million views on replays, this has broken HBO’s record formally held by The Sopranos final episode which aired in 2007.

At the season 4 premier George R. R. Martin hinted that the show may need a film to tie things up. The author said “The books get bigger and bigger. It might need a feature to tie things up, something with a feature budget, like $100m (£60.7m) for two hours,” The full interview Martin did with the Hollywood Reporter can be found by following the link below.

Game Of Thrones is based on George R. R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire and can be seen Sundays on HBO in the US and the next day on Sky Atlantic in the UK.

The Series currently stars Peter Dinklage, Lena Headey, Maisie Williams, Emila Clarke, Iain Glen, Kit Harington, Sophie Turner, Alfie Allen, Jack Gleeson, Isaac Hempstead-Wright, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, John Bradley and Charles Dance.

Fans of the show won’t be surprised if this list changes by Season 6. How do you want the show to end? George R. R. Martin promises they are coming!
