Nintendo have revealed details of a brand new Nintento TV feature that’s set to come with Mario Kart 8 at the end of this month that’s set to let players upload their race clips directly to YouTube. Nintendo have also confirmed that the US will also be getting a Mario Kart 8 Wii U Bundle.
Along with the ability to replay, slow down, and share your Mario Kart 8 highlight clips onto the Miiverse when the game launches on the Wii U on May 30, Nintendo have revealed details of a feature called Nintendo TV, that’ll allow you to upload Mario Kart 8 clips onto YouTube. All it requires is a Google account.
This would help Nintendo catch up with the competition, the Xbox One and PlayStation 4, that allow users to upload and share clips from both consoles online. Though Microsoft are currently pulling ahead as they’ve recently added the ability for users to upload directly to YouTube whereas the PlayStation 4 doesn’t even have a YouTube app yet.
Nintendo also revealed that the US will be getting the same Mario Kart 8 Wii U Mario bundle that was announced for the UK earlier this week which features a Wii U Deluxe system, copy of Mario Kart 8, a red Mario wheel accessory, and a red Mario Wii Remote Plus controller, the only difference is that it doesn’t come with the Mario hat or the game guide. It’ll be priced at $330 and will be available at launch.
