RedLynx has announced today that the exciting platform racer Trials Fusion is receiving the first of many planned free updates. This first update introduces online tournaments to the game allowing players to hone and show off their skills in a huge variety of challenges. Players will now have the option to create tracks for up to 10 racers and publish them on the Track Central so they can be used cross-platform.
Tournaments are planned to run for a specific amount of time and are designed for players to see how they measure up against others allowing players to get their names and times onto the leaderboards so that they can win many in-game rewards such as; bike parts, XP, rider gear and in-game cash. These will depend on the position the player holds in the leaderboards, as expected the higher the position the greater the prize.
Trials Fusion is also planned to receive six pieces of downloadable content which is included in the season pass that will roll out this summer. The season pass is £15.99 or each DLC pack can be purchased individually. Each bit of content will include items such as; bike parts, rider gear, new tracks, items for the track editor and there will be an additional Career Mode Event.
