Assassin’s Creed Unity is coming very soon to the PC, PS4 and Xbox One but it appears Ubisoft are not giving up on the PS3 and Xbox 360. Yesterday, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot was asked about the future of the series on last gen in an investor call.”We said that we were going to give more info soon on that, and it will come soon.”

Before Assassin’s Creed Unity was announced rumours surfaced that two Assassin’s Creed games were in the work. While the rumours about Unity being set during the French revolution turned out to be true, nothing has been announced about the other project, rumoured to be called Assassin’s Creed Comet. A number of different theories surfaced suggesting the game would take place around the American coast after Edward Kenway’s time and follow a Templar instead of an Assassin.

It is seems less and less likely that Assassin’s Creed Comet will be announced for release this October so maybe PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 players will get a game some time early next year.

Assassin’s Creed Unity is one of the many games that will be released this October. The E3 gameplay demo for Unity looked amazing, I personally can’t wait to get my hands on it.
