For all of those people who just want to have a phone that they can use with one hand, here it is. Samsung Electronics have finally announced the official release of the Galaxy S5 Mini.
With almost all of the same features as the Galaxy S5, the mini is designed so that those who only want to use one hand to operate their phone are able to feel much more comfortable with it.
“If you’re someone who wants a stylish, smaller smartphone without having to compromise on the latest features and technology, then look no further than the Galaxy S5 mini,” said Ines Van Gennip, Marketing Director at Samsung Electronics UK & Ireland. “As with our previous ‘mini’ devices, this latest incarnation combines the iconic design and essential features of the Galaxy S5 with a sleek and compact body. A larger screen might not work for everyone, so the Galaxy S5 mini is great for anyone after a smartphone that they can more easily slip into their pocket or bag.”
Equipped with the same fitness tools, enhanced device protection, fingerprint recognition and still able to be used with all of the latest Samsung wearable devices, the Galaxy S5 Mini is in good competition with its larger version. Other features include an ultra-power saving mode, quick power up, a heart rate monitor for all your fitness training needs and LTE category 4 which means faster game and film download speeds whilst on the go as well as being faster to load webpages.
The device is launching in Russia early this month in a choice of four different personalised colours: Charcoal Black, Shimmery White, Electric Blue and Copper Gold. Samsung are expected to confirm the UK release date later this month and also the variation of colours which will be available to us.
