The retailer XtremeGuard is offering screen protectors for the upcoming iPhone 6. That’s not surprising but what is interesting is their website is pointing towards four new iPhones.
There are protectors for the 4.7-inch and the 5.5-inch iPhone 6 but also the same sizes for the iPhone 6c. Each of them is priced at $6.99 (just over £4).
Of course, last year, Apple released the iPhone 5c which provided a cheaper, lower-end option to the iPhone 5s. Earlier this week when Apple released their sales data for the last quarter, CEO Tim Cook said the 5c had made the company “extremely happy“. So with that in mind, it’s not that unlikely that we’ll see the 6c. However, it’s expected that Apple’s going to release a 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch iPhone 6 so it’s quite unlikely will see two version of the 6 and two versions of the 6c as well.
In terms of the iPhone 6, there have been so many rumours including leaks, dummy units and more to the point where we have a decent idea of what it’ll look like. It’s likely to have a new design including a re-located power button, a sapphire display (which according to 9to5Mac will be 1704 x 960 resolution) and an A8 processor.
