With the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One version of the game only weeks away, Blizzard have revealed that Diablo 3 has sold over 20 million copies worldwide. The third instalment of the fan favourite series was originally released in 2012 on PC and Mac and PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game were released in 2013. This figure represents all platforms along with digital and expansion sales.

Diablo 3 received its first major expansion pack earlier this year adding a new story chapter, improved game play features and removing the Auction House. Reaper of Souls introduced Malthael the Angel of Death as the new antagonist for players to defeat.

The Ultimate Evil Edition of Diablo 3 will be coming to the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and for the first time PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on the 19th of August. At this years E3 it was revealed that the PlayStation version of the game will be getting exclusive content based on some of the best PlayStation games, Shadow of the Colossus and The Last Of Us.

I can’t wait to resurrect my Witch Doctor on the PS4 version of the game. What class do you play as? Let us know in the comments and feel free to share any tips you might have.
