Last week Motorola announced that they’ll be holding an event in Chicago on September 4. They didn’t exactly say what’ll be unveiled at the event, but its likely that we’ll see the oft rumoured Moto X+1 and find out the official release date and specs of the Moto 360, amongst other things. For those too impatient to wait a couple of weeks, Best Buy has you covered as they’ve just accidentally released the official specs and price for the Moto 360 on their website.
Spotted by DroidLife, on Best Buy this morning came fairly surprising listing for the Moto 360, almost two weeks ahead of Motorola’s event. On the listing the Moto 360 was priced at $249, which matches up to previous rumours, and as for specifications, you’ll find the device will have a 1.5-inch backlit LCD touch screen, with a 320×290 resolution, 205ppi, and Corning’s Gorilla Glass 3. There’s also mention of a heart rate monitor and a pedomiter, perfect for the budding fitness addicts out there.
Elsewhere the listing revealed that the watch will come with 512MB of RAM, Wireless N connectivity, and a Texas Instruments processor inside.
Here’s the full list of specs as listed by Best Buy. Though it’s probably worth mentioning that though this listing could be accurate, it’s best to take this information with a pinch of salt until Motorola actually announce the device.
