I’m sorry for the pun, but I can’t help it, it’s just so (goat) cheesy, I just had to do it. Anyway, these puns are starting to get my goat, so onto the news!
Last week we saw the release of the hilarious sandbox title, Goat Simulator on both Android and iOS, though there was no indication as to whether people were dying to play with a tiny goat in the palm of their hands, it seems a fair few people couldn’t wait to cause mayhem in the tiny Goat Simulator world as Designer Armin Ibrisagic announced that Goat Simulator has been downloaded 100,000 times, earlier today on Coffee Stain’s blog.
“It feels really amazing that so many people like our game!” Ibrisagic wrote. “We’re also really happy that we can now reach out to even more goat fans, and that people without a computer can now also enjoy the life of being a goat!”
Ibrisagic noted that the team are currently focussing on removing the remaining crash-bugs that can still be found in the mobile edition of Goat Simulator, and also promises some content updates in the future. Goat Simulator goes for $4.99 on the App Store and Google Play. It’s also available on PC, Mac and Linux for $9.99.
