Lionhead Studios is still taking entries for their upcoming Xbox One multiplayer beta for Fable Legends, which is set to kick off this Thursday, October 18. When that day does roll around, the first wave of invites will be sent out with further rounds being sent out as the beta testing progresses. So if you’re yet to sign up, do so now!

In a blog post, Lionhead reminded us of the beta date along with details on how it’s all going to go down saying, “We’re inviting fans to help test the game as early in the development process as possible; not only do we want your help with identifying bugs, glitches and crashes, we also want to hear your ideas, feedback and suggestions!”

“With that in mind, on October 16th we’ll be inviting a handful of players to help test a very small slice of Fable Legends gameplay,” the developer announced. “These testers will be given the opportunity to provide detailed feedback on key areas of the game, and as we progress through the coming months we’ll gradually introduce more content and new features to be tested in the Beta.”

Fable Legends takes place hundreds of years before the original Fable game and includes four player co-operative play with a fifth player taking the role of the villain in a top-down real-time strategy-like way. Lionhead has described the launch version of Fable Legends as “season one” of the game, with plans to evolve the title over five to ten years.

Have you signed up to the beta yet? If not, head here to do so!

Interesting enough, I suppose… Not sure if I am all that excited about this game though.
