Today, Oddworld Inhabitants Inc are excited to announce the release dates for Steam, Xbox One and PlayStation 3 versions following the success of the critically acclaimed and much-loved PlayStation 4 release of Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty.
If you missed out on the release of Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty when it launched last year, you’ll be pleased to know that come February and March, you’ll be able to dive into the world of Oddword and help Abe rescue fellow Mudokons from RuptureFarms as the title will be launching.. again.. this time for Steam on Windows PC, Mac, and Linux, on February 25, with an Xbox One and PlayStation 3 release set to launch in “early March.”
All versions will make the most of the post-launch improvements and tweaks made to the PlayStation 4 version including the fan requested ‘old school’ control settings, feature the same celebrated QuikSave and QuikLoad functions, and a ton of achievements and online leaderboards for those who want to put their skills to the test. The game will also benefit from cloud saves on Steam.
New ‘n’ Tasty will be available on Steam for $20 / £15 / €20, with a further 10% discount on pre-purchases. Further details on the pre-purchase offer, date and specs for the Windows PC, Mac and Linux versions will be available soon.
