Attack on Titan, the popular Japanese anime which sees humongous skinless giants terrorising a walled city in order to feast on the inhabitants inside, is set to get its own arcade game, Capcom has announced this week. Capcom unveiled the arcade title this week at the Japan Amusement Expo 2015.
Other than a few off-screen shots of the presentation, Capcom are yet to reveal much detail about the arcade offering, there’s also no word on an international release, but more information about the arcade title is expected to land this Summer.
Since its introduction to the west, Hajime Isayama’s flesh-eating fantasy has been a huge hit with both the anime and the manga taking the west by storm. In 2013, Spike Chunsoft launched an Attack on Titan game on the 3DS titled, Attack on Titan: The Last Wings of Mankind, and popular free-to-play publisher Nexon announced last month that it’ll be incorporating Attack on Titan into the world of the free-to-play MMORPG, MapleStory, through themed content.
