It’s time to fuck shit up, Carmageddon syle, as Stainless Games has unveiled that the remake of the bloody car destruction classic, Carmageddon: Reincarnated has now entered public beta, but that’s not all, the beta lets players access the entire game!
If you’re feeling brave and want to put your pedal to the metal and cause some rutheless car-smashing, pedestrian smushing, explosive gameplay, then Carmageddon: Reincarnated has entered public beta to those who have purchased the game via Steam’s Early Access. Not only is the game in public beta, the entirety of the game is available to anyone who dares play. That includes the career mode, freeplay, multiplayer, achievements, challenges, all cars, levels and arenas.
There’s just one thing, as it’s still in beta, your progress isn’t at all safe, you may find it reset at any point. Because of this Stainless Games are working around the clock and are pushing out updates continuously, hoping to get as much feedback as possible.
Check out the trailer above if you want to see how the game is looking at the moment, and head to Steam to get on board.. Right now the PC version is the only one being offered at the moment, but Linux, Mac, PS4 and Xbox One versions are expected eventually.
