It appears that the Games for Gold in March have been revealed early, over at Eurogamer they seem to have gotten the early scoop on what they’ll be and it looks like they’re gonna be two absolute doozies for Xbox 360 players, regarding the information they’ve recieved is true, of course.
Folks with an Xbox Live Gold Subscription will allegedly be able to get their hands on Tomb Raider and BioShock Infinite on Xbox 360. Tomb Raider will be available for the first half of the month (March 1st-15th) and then you can grab BioShock Infinite for the second half (March 16th-31st).
Over on Xbox One, the Game for Gold is Rayman Legends will be available for the whole month and #IDARB will remain free as well.
Chances are this is true, as the information appeared on Xbox’s own ExpertZone last night, though Microsoft themselves have yet to confirm.
As well as this, ExpertZone also let it drop that because of the amount of games downloaded as part of the Games for Gold scheme (over 100 million!) that April will be a double hit. Meaning rather than two games, we’re presumably going to be able to get four for 360 and two for the One. Again, this has yet to be confirmed by Microsoft.
Stay tuned, we’ll make sure to keep you up to date!
