Though Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin doesn’t launch fully until April, that hasn’t stopped Bandai Namco from releasing a new trailer highlighting some of the changes we can expect in the current-gen re-release. One of those changes is set to completely shake up the game for those who have played it way too much.
In a brand new trailer we get to experience some of the games changes from cosmetic changes such as better graphics and lighting, to more game-play changes like a complete enemy shake-up. That’s right, most of the foes you’ve encountered before, are now in different places, waiting to surprise you, and likely kill you.
One example of these changes is that right at the beginning, you may encounter a Pursuer, and nobody wants that, at the start of the game. What are From Software thinking? Crikey.
Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin launches on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and will come in the form of a massive patch on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
