Stainless Games has announced when Carmageddon Reincarnation will smash out of Early Access to full release
Carmageddon Reincarnation has been in Early Access for some time now, and while the game has seen a considerable number of updates, we’ve been none the wiser as to when the game was set to release. Fortunately, today we’ve got a release date for the game, which is set to slam out of Early Access on April 23.
The new release version will include a career mode which includes 16 chapters, each of which contains three or four events, making the grand total of 50. There’s also a multiplayer mode for those who want to take the gore-filled mayhem, online with up to eight players.
There’s also a bunch of event types, some old and new including, Classic Carmageddin, Car Crusher, Fox ‘n’ Hounds, Ped Chase, Death Race, and Checkpoint Stampede. There’s also a total of 25 vehicles for you to choose from, one of which is exclusive to Kickstarter backers. There’ll also be a total of nine maps at launch.

Carmageddon Reincarnation is also set to make its way to consoles, but a release date for those releases is yet to be revealed.
