Dying Light has Hit 3.2 Million Players Worldwide

One month on Dying Light is still going strong

Techland has announced that since launch, Dying Light has seen an impressive amount of players, more specifically a total of 3.2 million players worldwide have entered the world of Dying Light. The news comes as no surprise considering the game had a total of 1.2 million players in the first week. Now however the game has had an added injection of players from the late-February release in Europe.

Dying Light has clung onto first place in the UK charts for the past two weeks since it launched late last month, a surprise considering the game launched digitally at the end of January. I guess there’s still a strong market for physical releases as Techland is now reporting that the game has hit a total of 3.2 million players worldwide.

The game continues to be supported by the developer who recently released a new update which adds a new Hard Mode, a few extra outfits, weapons, and more. Support will continue into the future too as Techland have teased new weapons, modes, maps, skills, quests, and more. There’s even a hint that vehicles will be coming to the game.
