Forget Steam, the Humble Store is where you’ll be able to purchase Stealth Inc 2: A Game of Clones
Curve Digital has today announced that they’ve partnered with Humble Bundle to bring Stealth Inc 2: A Game of Clones to PC exclusively via the Humble Store. This exclusive deal will be in affect until May 7, giving the Humble Store an entire months exclusivity on the release. Earlier this month, Curve Digital also revealed that Stealth Inc 2: A Game of Clones is also set to make its way to PlayStation and Xbox consoles in the very near future too.
The game is set to be made available first on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PS Vita, and PC on April 7 (Worldwide for PC, in the US for PlayStation), then on April 8 the game will launch on PlayStation platforms in Europe, followed by a worldwide Xbox One release on April 10.
The PC version will launch first on the Humble Store, which you can now pre-order at a 15 per cent discount, and also comes with a free copy of Stealth Inc, or Stealth Bastard as it was once known. For those wanting the game on Steam however, you will eventually get a Steam key if you purchase the the game, also known as the Humble Deluxe Edition, where you will receive both a DRM-free version on launch and a Steam key as soon as they are available.
“We’re excited to be working with Humble to bring the Stealth series back to the PC for the first time in two years. Humble’s attitude towards indies and customers makes them the obvious choice to handle the launch of one of our biggest titles, while fans benefit from Humble’s ability to quickly distribute our digital extras, a full soundtrack and a free copy of the original game.”
