Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate will be set in London during the Industrial Revolution
A few days ago, the gaming world was all abuzz at the reveal of a teaser trailer for a new Assassin’s Creed game, alongside news that it would be unveiled this week on May 12. Welp, so much for the big surprise because the peeps at Polygon got their hands on the games marketing material, and long story short, it’s no longer a secret. The game will be called Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate and will be set in London during the Industrial Revolution. It will star a new assassin by the name of Jacob Frye.
“[The new game will] transport millions of gamers to an astonishing recreation of London during the Industrial Revolution where they will find themselves immersed in a game world they’ll have to see to believe.”
Hopefully this won’t mean crazy floating eyeballs, levitating bodies, and other miscellaneous shenanigans! Stay tuned for more information after the official Ubisoft announcement on Tuesday.
