See Sony’s conference on the big screen in a theatre near you
Sony has announced that their E3 conference this year will be live-streamed across the US and Canada in chosen movie theatre locations. They also simulcasted their 2014 conference last year across North America, so it seems it was generally well received enough to warrant doing it again.
Tickets will be free and will become available on May 27th, 9:00AM PT. Sony has said that “80% of theater capacity will be reserved for ticket holders, with 20% of the theater held for those on the wait list, who will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.” So make sure to get in quick as possible as last years tickets went fairly fast.
Attendees will also get to experience an “exclusive 30 minute post-show hosted by Geoff Keighley” which is sure to tickle someones fancy, and a “special PlayStation surprise” whatever that’s supposed to mean, perhaps everyone will find a copy of Knack under their seat or something similarly underwhelming. Also, you will have to be at least 17 years of age and provide a valid form of ID to prove it, kid.
Sony’s E3 2015 press conference takes place Monday, June 15th at 6:30PM PT, so check out the video above to get hyped for the Full PlayStation E3 Experience.
