Legends of Gaming Live Wants to Score you a Guinness World Record

Have you ever wanted to be in the Guinness World Records book but you don’t have the worlds longest finger nails, you can’t hold your breath for 22 minutes, and you haven’t a clue how to ride a unicycle, well London’s biggest gaming event, Legends of Gaming Live hopes to give you a chance to be in the Guinness World Records Gaming Edition.

Two zones will be set up at the event that’ll feature two records (titles to be announced) that can be broken throughout the event. The first world record can be found at the Syndicate Guinness World Records Zone where YouTuber and Twitch streamer Syndicate will attempt to achieve a minimum score, which players can attempt to beat through out the event.

Those at the top of the leaderboard will be invited back at the end of the session to be officially adjudicated by Guiness World Records and possibly walk away as a world record holder.

The second record, found at the Ali-A Guinness World Records Zone offering gamers another chance to take on Ali-A’s new Minecraft record, which is one of ten new and exclusive Minecraft challenges that appear in the Gamer’s Edition 2016.

Attempt to collect the most wood in a minute in this exclusive record, and like before, those at the top of the leaderboards will be invited back at the end of each session for an official attempt at the record.

More information on these challenges will be released at a later date.

Those attending the event, which will be held at Alexandra Palace on 4-6 September, Guinness World Records will also have a booth letting gamers have a sneak preview at the new Gamer’s Edition which is due out later this year, as well as getting an exclusive pre-order offer.
