As promised, at Comic Con this week, Activision has unveiled the next version of Call of Duty: Zombies coming to Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 later this year, and while the main campaign throws players in the future, Zombies throws players into the past.
It’s a time travelling adventure!
The new Zombies co-op mode is entitled Shadows of Evil and launches along side the game on November 6. It’ll offer an “incredibly rish and deep narrative” as well as the usual action-packed experience. What’s more, like Sledgehammer’s Exo-zombies, Shadows of Evil is joined by an all-star cast.
See Jeff Goldbum, Heather Graham, Neal McDonough, Ron Perlman, and Robert Picardo battle it out against hoards of undead with a classic 1940s spin. That’s right, players will be thrown back to the 1940s film-noir era, with each star in their own unique noir role, The Magician, The Femme-Fatale, The Cop and The Boxer, which are thrown into an unravelling experience under control of the mysterious Shadow Man.
You can check out the reveal trailer above, which looks pretty damn awesome.
