Over the next couple of months we’re set to hear a lot more about Xbox One’s backwards compatibility and what makes up the proposed 100 titles which are set to be available when it rolls out to everyone later this year.
The latest update comes from 2K Games and Gearbox Software, who have revealed that Borderlands and all of its DLC will be compatible with Xbox One’s backwards compatibility, which is pretty awesome and brings together Borderlands 2 and the pre-sequel on Xbox One thanks to Borderlands: The Handsome Collection.
If you own Borderlands for the Xbox 360, you’ll be able to play it on your Xbox One and carry over any save files, game addons, and achievements. You’ll also be able to play the game co-operatively on the Xbox One too, which is a bonus.
Xbox One’s backwards compatibility is set to launch this November and is set to support over 100 games at launch.
