With the launch of XCOM 2 pushed back slightly, we’re going to have to wait a little longer before we can take-on aliens one turn at a time. Fortunately, Firaxis might have something else in the works according to an ESRB Rating.
According to an ESRB listing, XCOM: Enemy Unknown may be coming to the PS Vita in the form of “XCOM: Enemy Unknown Plus”.
The listing for the game is almost identical to the original summary for the game which launched on PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 almost three years ago. Yep, the game launched in 2012 – oh time does certainly fly.
Chances are this port will include both the base game, XCOM: Enemy Unknown, and the 2013 expansion, XCOM: Enemy Within. Though this is speculation at this moment in time.
XCOM 2 is set to launch on PC in February 2016 following a short delay to polish and finish the game. No console versions of the sequel have been announced.
