Larian Studios has today unveiled a brand new trailer for their RPG, Divinity: Original Sin – Enhanced Edition, which is nearing launch for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, taking a look at the game’s turn-based combat on gamepads thanks to new new control system and UI designed for consoles.
The combat in the game is being described as both “tortuously tactical, or bright and breezy,” depending entirely on your play style. In the new Enhanced Edition of the game, three new difficulty modes have been added: Honor, Tactician, and Explorer, each of which offers a custom experience honing different players’ play styles.
In addition, the game’s 12 classes each have different skills, but ultimately you mix and match each one to your particular play style, developing characters in different ways, as well as taking note of environmental aspects throughout the game.
Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition launches on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on October 27.
