Sonos has announced that Apple Music is now compatible with the company’s speaker system bringing Apple’s music subscription service to every room, in beta form.
The company announced on its blog yesterday that Apple Music compatibility will be coming via a beta app allowing music lovers to try their Apple Music subscription all through the house in the hopes to improve the service’s final release on the platform.
“The teams at Apple and Sonos have been working very hard to bring Apple Music to Sonos, and look forward to hearing your feedback. Because it’s a preview, we know there are areas we’ll need to improve, and we’ll continue to do so throughout the beta,” wrote Sonos’ CEO John MacFarlane.
The introduction not only brings Apple Music’s massive library to Sonos, but also, thanks to the Family accounts, up to six other Apple Music libraries can be added to your experience allowing everyone in the home to listen to what they want on their systems.
Of course, Sonos is also touting Apple Music subscriptions too, so if you’re yet to sign up, you can make the most of a three month free trial.
