ARK: Survival Evolved Comes to Xbox One Next Week!

Have you been feeling that the Xbox One has been lacking dinosaur action? I know I have. But thankfully come December 16, we’ll have all of the dinosaur goodness we’ve been craving as ARK: Survival Evolved lands on the Xbox Game Preview!

Studio Wildcard has revealed the release date for the dinosaur-hunting survival game on Xbox One that’ll be coming in beta form to the Xbox Game Preview for $35. The studio also revealed that the Xbox One version will have the same features as the PC release, but they’ll still be prioritising the PC version of the game when it comes to supporting and updating the game.

That’s not to say the Xbox One version won’t have support, as Studio Wildcard has promised that updates will be released no later than two weeks apart to try and keep parity across all versions as much as possible.

Of course, like with Early Access titles, the $35 asking price won’t be the final price of the game when it launches, it’ll likely cost a lot more, but if you buy now, you’ll be able to play the current version of the game, and won’t be required to pay any more when the game launches.

The full release of ARK: Survival Evolved is set to launch on PC and consoles in June 2016.
