At Microsoft’s E3 2016 media briefing, we finally got a closer look at Playdead’s upcoming title, Inside, and it’s more LIMBO than you may think.
Keeping the familiar monochrome-esque spooky aesthetics (with a pop of colour this time), Inside takes the idea of LIMBO and turns it up to 11. With players once again being in control of a child, this time they’re not looking for their sister, instead they’re running away from some sort of fascist regime hell bent on mind control.
Like with LIMBO, you’re also punished if you don’t get away quick enough with some of the most gruesome death animations. With plenty of puzzles to solve and not a spoken word anywhere to be seen, fans of LIMBO should be excited for this one.
