Finally, console players will be able to get their hands on space survival sim, Adr1ft, as developer Adam Orth and Sony have revealed that the game is set to launch on PlayStation 4 on July 15.
Adr1ft, if you’ve not been paying attention, is basically Gravity: The Game. Players are thrown into zero-g as their space station blows apart and it’s their job to return to safety. Though the game is relatively slow paced, it’s pretty intense.
The game initially launched on PC with a focus on VR as it was also a launch title for the Oculus Rift. I mean, look at it, it’s perfect for VR, though many felt a little motion sick after playing the game.
It’s definitely a game I’ve been looking forward to playing from the comfort of my sofa. I wonder whether it’ll also support PlayStation VR when it launches?
